In this stream we will be focussing on the individual, and aiming to provide content that will not just help the professional, but the person working in our industry.
Topics that we are considering for 2025 include;
- A focus on health and wealth, both in terms of physical wellbeing and the importance of nutrition
- Discussions on breaking taboos, such as talking about FemCare, and coping with fertility issues
- Considerations for an aging population; both in terms of maintaining wellbeing, and the consequences for increasing care responsibilities as a result
- Intergenerational views of the changing culture of the city, and dangerous new trends faced by people in all sectors, such as the dangers of sextortion
Developing an effective company culture can feel like a nebulous proposition; this stream will aim to address the impact of personal topics at work, and how to ensure your workplace is positive and inclusive for staff.
Topics that we are considering for 2025 include;
- How best to develop staff; both in terms of nurturing young talent, and cultivating future leaders within the company
- Supporting female staff in difficult circumstances, including improving support for women returning from maternity, and following miscarriages
- Looking how best to ensure that corporate in initiatives for inclusion, and supporting mental health for colleagues and partners, is effective
- Presenting yourself and the company; how to cultivate an online brand, and how to lead authentically from whatever position you are in.
This stream aims to get to the heart of the latest developments in investment products within our industry; both what the latest trends are in investment trajectories, and product developments for clients.

- Technical sessions on UK fixed indices and emerging asset classes

This stream focusses on the client, and the changing nature of the financial advisor and wealth manager in the industry; both in terms of specific advisory trends, and the changing nature of the industry.

- The shifting nature of advice, both technologically with the use of RegTech, and societally with the rise of unregulated ‘Finfluencers’
